The Art of Ordinary Moments
Something magical exists about Tuesday afternoons. Not weekend excitement, not Monday dread—just ordinary hours that make up most of our lives.
Yesterday, I caught myself rushing through lunch, scrolling mindlessly while barely tasting my food. Then I remembered: these ordinary moments are my actual life.
So I put down my phone. Noticed the warmth of sunlight through the window. The perfect tanginess of my lemon dressing. The satisfaction of a deep breath between bites.
The revelation wasn’t earth-shattering, but it was important: Life doesn’t happen in highlight reels. It happens in Tuesday lunches, morning commutes, and routine conversations.
What ordinary moment might you be missing today?
