Revlon Colorstay Skinny Liquid Liner Review – Electric Blue

Are you one of those who find it difficult to work with liquid liners? The struggle is real my friend! I am one of them myself. But this baby here makes the application so effortlessly simple and easy that you might just fall in love with liquid liners. Yup! You heard me right girl. That. Simple.

How I apply – Shake well. Open and wipe of the excess from the brush with the edge of the bottle. Start from the inner corner and apply a thin line by following natural lash line. Draw a wing with whatever is left on the brush. Dip in for more and build up as desired. ❤ ❤

Color & pigmentation – Revlon Colorstay Skinny Liquid Liner is a bright light blue color which will surely electrify any look. It is very pigmented and even 1 swipe gives appreciable color. But I like to to draw in strokes and build up gradually. Obviously the color is brighter when you apply and a notch lighter as it dries, nonetheless it is still gorgeous 😀 😀

Shade – Electric Blue

Stay – Revlon Colorstay Skinny Liquid Liner stayed throughout the day without smudging.

Texture – Liquid and runny but dries instantly. It gives a matte finish. It is not waterproof 😳 😳 Yeah! It isn’t. On the brighter side, it comes off easily with just water 😛

Packaging & Quantity – Revlon Colorstay Skinny Liquid Liner comes in a prism/pyramid like plastic container, just way too thinner. Unlike other brands it has a black opaque container and the applicator is of the liner’s color. It is quite sturdy and travel friendly. You get 2.5 ml of product.

Applicator – This is the best part of this liner. It is super thin and long. You are in full control and it gives you a precise application without getting too thick at the beginning so you can build it up gradually.

Revlon Colorstay Skinny Liquid Liner sure is on the pricier side but for people like me who struggle with liquid liners, it is a boon. I know you can get a similar brush but then again to carry it and clean it is cumbersome. Plus this is a gorgeous bright blue color and very pigmented. It dries instantly so no waiting time there. Also, it has a good stay and matte finish. It is not waterproof so stay away from it on those rainy days. You can carry it along as it travel friendly. It has an amazing applicator 😀 😀 which makes is super easy to apply.

I am loving this one and I might just buy another shade of this.
