Do you use waterproof mascara on daily basis? I used to do that until I realised it involves a lot of tugging and pulling to take it off. So I ended up buying this one in a non waterproof version. And yes, it had to be Maybelline. After all they know their mascaras really well and they are affordable as well.

How I apply – Shake the bottle well and open up. Take out the wand and wipe off the excess on the neck of the bottle. Start from the root and cover till the tip of lashes in a wiggling motion.

Color & pigmentation – Maybelline New York Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara is super black in color and definitely pigmented.

Shade – Black

Stay – Maybelline New York Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara stays put throughout the day unless you happen to splash some water 😛

Texture – It is super thick.

Packaging & Quantity – I really like the packaging of Maybelline New York Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara. It is very cute and metallic. Red top and pink bottom in color, very shiny and mettalic. It is definitely super girly 😀 😀 The mascara wand is big yet very flexible. You can easily bend it. You get 9.8 ml of product.

Transfer – Once dry it does not transfer but it takes time to dry 😐

Shelf Life – 6 Months

I really like how Maybelline New York Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara makesmy eyes appear bigger and more awake. It did not irritate my eyes in any manner. It is very comfortable to wear and also very easily removed. Since, I have the non waterproof version, just makeup remover and face wash are enough to get it away. I love the cute and girly packaging of this. However, I don’t like the wait time for drying, it takes a bit longer to dry 😐 Also I have hooded eyes and it tends to transfer on my upper lid if I don’t give it enough time to dry. I also feel that more than volume it gives you length.Pro Tip: I’d recommend you to use a non waterproof version of mascara for daily use if your eyes don’t get super watery and also when it is not monsoon 😛 😛 It saves your eyes from all the tugging and pulling to get it off.

  5. Love the packaging. I love using mascaras, but due to constantly watering eyes I cannot use the non-waterproof ones. And like you mentioned, I don’t like to use waterproof ones on a daily basis. Now on a hunt for clear mascara 🙂

  6. It’s really strange that I have not used any of the popular Maybelline Mascaras. I mostly go for L’Oréal mascara and yes the waterproof ones but I use Bioderma to remove it easily. Right now I am using the Benefit Real Mascara which has become my favorite. 🙂
