Hey beauties!

By the title you can guess that the post is about a launch event. And yes, it is! NewU have been in the market for around 10 years now. And no this was not the first time I heard about it. I have bought stuff from them quite a few times. You can easily spot them in the  malls. Also, I personally feel it should be more popular than what it is right now. NewU gives you access to shop for a wide range of color cosmetics, skin care, hair care, personal care & men’s grooming products from major brands.

This meet up was in Smoke House Deli, DLF Place, Saket and it was very well managed. The launch was of the new BB Stroke premium nail enamel by Jaquline USA. Yeah! You read it right. It reads BB. Just like the BB Creams in market that gives us beauty benefits for our skin, This BB Stroke nail enamel has all the good stuff going on for our nails. It moisturizes, brightens and strengthens.

Jaquline USA BB Stroke nail paints come in daily wear nude shades that make your nails appear prettier than ever. The formula nourishes your nail beds with Avocado oil and hydrates them with lemon peel water, which contains a huge amount of Vitamin C. The patented formula ensures that your nails remain healthier, sturdier, moisturized and flaunt worthy every single day while eliminating the need to visit a parlor frequently.

Just knowing about these ingredients makes me want to try them asap. Can’t wait to see what all good it does to my nails. I also saw their separate nail care range which I am so intrigued to check out.

NewU has launched 6 shades in the BB Stroke premium nail enamel range and they all are from the nude family. I have 4 of them with me and they are so gorgeous. The first one I tried was Chai Coffee (love the name) and got so many compliments. It lasted on my nails for a good 5 days I’d say and then it started to chip off a bit from the top. I applied just 2 coats and no top or base coat. So I guess it might last more with a top coat. Just saying! They also have bright premium nail enamels in normal and matte finish which are also really pretty (Rs. 199)

 

And they also showcased their new body mist – Free Spirit and it is unisex priced at Rs. 399 (which I think is wow). I think I have a thing for unisex fragrances. I just loved this one. You definitely need to try this once.They were super generous and gave us a goodie bad with 4 BB Stroke shades, 2 premium matte enamels, 2 premium nail enamels, 2 body mists, Nail polish remover and nail polish remover pads. They were super generous indeed 😀 😀

I also met my fellow bloggers which was amazing. To actually meet them in person and interact about the common interest that we have. I did post a lot of stories on my Instagram. And there was food of course. It was the yummiest piece of chocolate cake I ever had and I am definitely going back to Smoke House Deli for it. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I am actually looking forward to more of such meets.
