We are in this new age where we have tools for basically everything. And in order for them to last longer and work properly we need to maintain them and take care of them.

Here I am referring to our trusty makeup brushes and sponges as our tools. I definitely love using them but to be honest cleaning them is a real pain. I literally need to prepare myself mentally that okay I need to wash them.

Cleansers are great when it comes to easing this pain 😉 So I happened to bump into one such cleanser. Let’s find out whether its worth buying or not.

What they claim – A gentle, solid sponge and brush cleanser. This solid brush and sponge cleaner removes even the most stubborn makeup, dirt, and germs. Great for travelling, this compact cleaner rapidly breaks down excess residue and germs. It is lightly scented, free of dyes and other skin irritants and can be used daily without harming your brushes. It is ideal cleaner for makeup artist and travellers alike.

How I use – Wet the brush and swirl it in the PAC Solid Brush Cleaner. Wash it against a brush egg or a mat. Rinse with clean water.

Color & Texture – It is a white soap bar which is circular in shape and smooth to touch.

Fragrance – PAC Solid Brush Cleaner is mildly scented. Smells like any regular soap bar.

Packaging & Quantity – It comes in a black circular plastic container with a screw cap. It has a wide mouth so it becomes easy to store and use it at the same time. It is travel friendly too. You get 31.2 g of product.

What can I say about PAC Solid Brush Cleaner. Well, initially I thought this is just another soap bar. But when I used it I was really impressed. It makes washing the brushes super easy and quick. It breaks down makeup without harming my brushes or sponge. Their bristles and quality did not degrade. Also, I don’t procrastinate now (we are just talking about cleaning brushes though 😜)  For bright colors and face brushes I usually go in twice with the soap but that’s about it. I did not face any breakouts due to this. It is travel friendly so you can even carry it along on your trip. Although price wise I did find it a bit on the expensive end but it works really well. My washing time has definitely reduced.
