I can’t stress it enough how necessary are toners for your skin. Simply using rose water as your toner will show you so much difference. It is extremely important to include this step in your skin care routine. I know a lot of people don’t follow this step but being a super oily chic ( whatevaaa 😐 ) that I am, I really benefited from adding this one step.

I really like Neutrogena face washes, and when I saw this toner I had to had to buy this. Let’s see how it went 😀

What they claim – Helps to effectively eliminate blackheads from the very first use and prevent new ones from forming, for clear and healthy looking skin. Delivers instant cooling sensation, tightens pores and soothes skin. Blackhead fighting complex containing BHA to remove dead skin cells and control excessive oil. Cedarwood extract and moisturizer help strengthen the skin’s natural water and oil balance and prevents new blackheads from forming with continuous use. It is oil free and non-comedogenic.

How I apply – Open cap and pour Neutrogena Deep Clean Blackhead Eliminating Cooling Toner on a cotton pad or swab. Apply from the centre of the face towards outwards and then cover full face. Also don’t forget your jawline.

Color & Texture – Transparent and watery

Fragrance – Neutrogena Deep Clean Blackhead Eliminating Cooling Toner smells like spirit initially which I really don’t like. But it fades off in a minute and after that it smells nice and powdery 😀

Shelf Life – 3 years

Packaging & Quantity – It has a cute packaging with a white body and yellow click open cap. You can pour the toner out from the hole and click the cap back. They could have made a separator between the cap and bottle so that the product came out drop by drop. It mostly free flows as of now, so pour out carefully. You get 200 ml of product.

Neutrogena Deep Clean Blackhead Eliminating Cooling Toner definitely helped in eliminating my blackheads with continuous use and prevented new ones from forming. The small ones I could see going away. However, it didn’t really do much for the big ones though. Tightening pores might be temporary with this but it definitely soothes skin with that cooling sensation. It controls excessive oil. It does not dispense drop by drop so be careful when pouring out the product. Plus I’m not really a big fan of its fragrance but that does go away in a minute or so. The best part is it is oil free and non-comedogenic.
