Less sleep, too much screen time causes a lot of strain on our eyes and with no uninterrupted sleep I now have dark under eyes that are quite prominent. To conceal them I keep on looking for concealers that would hide them up and do the magic. On daily basis I can’t really have the time to go all the way and color correct.

But is this one worth it?? (Got the pun? Loreal? Worth it? 😛 )

How I apply – Apply the concealer on blemishes and under eye circles. Blend it with ring finger in tapping motions or with a concealer brush.

Color & pigmentation – They have around 10 shades available on nykaa for LOreal Paris True Match Concealer. Mine has yellow undertones to it and is pretty skin like. It is great for medium skin toned people.

Shade – Light/ Medium N 4-5

Texture & Coverage – LOreal Paris True Match Concealer is very creamy in texture and super easy to blend. Also, the coverage is medium.

Fragrance – Not a fan but doesn’t really bother until you sniff it.

Packaging & Quantity – LOreal Paris True Match Concealer comes in a sleek tube with silver screw cap and transparent body from which you can see the product. The applicator has a soft tiny brush that makes it easy to apply the concealer even in the corner of the eyes and for spot correcting the blemishes. The shade name is written at the bottom of the product. You get 5.2 ml of product.

Transfer – It will transfer if you don’t set it with powder.

Price – Rs.999 (Got for Rs. 743 on sale from nykaa)

LOreal Paris True Match Concealer has sheer to medium coverage. It is really creamy, lightweight and blends beautifully. However it does crease so you need to set it with a powder. It does give a smooth and even finish but didn’t really do much to hide my blemishes, imperfections, dark circles as they were still peeking through and that’s really unlike of what a concealer should do. I like the applicator though but the product didn’t really work for me and I am definitely not buying this again.

Pro tip: If your concealer doesn’t give you the desired coverage then apply and leave it for a minute or so and it will give better coverage.
